My Digital Studio by Stampin Up

I recently purchased the My Digital Studio software from Stampin Up. I have been playing with it today while little Will has been napping. I have learned a few things today while messing around with it.

1. It is very easy to use.

2. Save your work as you go, sucks when your computer freaks out an hour into something and you loose your whole project and have to start over. (uummm...yeah it happened)

3. Digital is fun, but I don't think I will ever become a total convert.

Here is the layout that I did today,

I know it's not perfect, I have some things to learn about shadowing and lining things up correctly but all in all I'm pretty darn happy with it. Besides, you can't go wrong with a handsome little man like Will.

I do have a question that maybe one of you can answer....can you buy digital kits from other companies and use them with this program?
If you have any tips or advice, I would love to hear it!

I hope you are having a great day :)

  1. So cute Kristina. I have been wondering the same thing. I would love to get this but wonder can I add other digital kits to it. I'll have to check back to see if anyone knows the answer to this:)

  2. I don't see a thing wrong with this layout. I love it! I really like the little buttons and the definition under the pic. Glad you had fun playing with your new toy. :)

  4. Oooh, look at your going digital! What a fabulous page, Kristina! I've played a little bit with digital, but am really pretty basic with it. Don't have any idea how to do shadowing or brushes, or anything fancy. So I think you've done an awesome job. I agree with you about full digital......don't ever think I'll go that route, but I do love doing hybrid projects. Then you get the best of both worlds.
